Ordering and delivery

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, our store only ships to the United States and Canada. We will add more locations in the future. Stay tuned for any new alerts about our shop by signing up for our newsletter.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Our processing times are usually between 3 to 5 days, but can take up to 7 days if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2 to 5 days to U.S. addresses depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout and 7-10 business days to Canada. For specific updates on your order, feel free to email us at hello@khoegeorge.com

Please note, orders mailed via USPS Regular Post (Snail Mail) can not be guaranteed delivery dates and do not have a tracking method. 

Digital stickers are available right away after payment is cleared.

What's the cheapest shipping option?

If you are only purchasing stickers, we do have an option to ship via regular mail. Choosing this option will not come with a tracking number and we will have no way of tracking your order once it ships. This is an “at your own risk” shipping option. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at orders@khloegeorgedesigns.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, make edits to your order, or want to cancel an order please email us at orders@khloegeorgedesigns.com We will try to accommodate the changes or cancellation to the best of our ability as long as we have not yet shipped out your order!

To cancel or make edits to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.

We cannot make modifications to your billing address or payment method

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this USPS delivery cost table to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than $50, we provide free shipping within the U.S. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free to the U.S. on orders of $50+! Orders to Canada are charged according to available rates, based on weight of the items ordered and the package's destination.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

While we do understand that things happen like ordering too many items, buyer’s remorse or the item not looking exactly as pictured, as a small business, we can’t accept returns on any of our stickers unless the item was damaged before shipping. We will not refund for items lost in transit due to shipping via regular parcel. 

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected and/or damanged. What can I do?

If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us at orders@khloegeorgedesigns.com to get a replacement order set up! Please include a photo of the item you received and any damage to your order with your email. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.

Misc

What kind of stickers do you offer?

Most of our stickers are die cut vinyl stickers with a white border. A selected few will be clear.  

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes, our stickers are made out of the highest quality vinyl and are waterproof and dishwasher safe.
